This repository contains data and code related to the publication "The basis of easy controllability in Boolean networks" by Enrico Borriello and Bryan C. Daniels, soon to be published in Nature Communications. The python code in the `control_kernel_code` directory can be used to recreate all results in the paper. See the README.md file in the `control_kernel_code` directory for more information about how to run the code. The file `20200820_control_kernel_supplemental_info.csv` contains data about the biological networks analyzed in the paper, including the number of attractors and mean control kernel size of each network
